7월 13일날 새벽 5시에 떠 오르는 태양을 보면서... 

 

나이가 들수록

7-Up 을 즐기세요.

 

1. Shut-Up

말을 많이 하지 마세요.

 

2. Listen-Up

귀를 많이 기울이세요.

 

3. Dress-Up

예쁘게 차려 입고 다니세요.

 

4. Open-Up

마음도 지갑도 여세요.

 

5. Show-Up

모임에 자주 나타나서 살아 있음을 알리세요.

 

6. Clean-Up

몸도 깨끗이, 주위도 깨끗이 정리 하세요.

 

7. Give-Up

손에 쥐고 있던 것들, 마음 속에 너무 꼭 품고 있던 것들을

모두 놓아 버리세요.

 

 

 

 

이 글은 지난 4월에 미국 아리조나를 방문했을때

사촌의 식탁 유리 밑에서  카다랗게 영어로 쓰인

글을 맘이 와 닿아서 옮겨 왔습니다.

Singing to the birds, to the flowers, and to nature.
