[나누고 싶은 글47]캘리포니아에 만발한 아름다운 야생화와 아름다운 글과 함께 4월을 맞이해 봅니다.

올해 평소보다 강우량이 높은 덕분에

캘리포니아의 황무지에서 야생화들이 만개해서

대지에 화사하고 아름다운 융탄자를 깔아 주어서

많은 사람들의 눈과 코, 그리고 영혼을 행복하게 해 주었습니다.

 

 

일년에 거의 반이 겨울인 제가 사는 캐나다의 동토에도

봄이 성큼 다가와 주어서

겨우내 쌓였던 눈이 녹아 내리면서 생겨 난

시냇물이 졸졸 흐르른 소리와

따뜻한 남국으로 떠났다가 돌아온 새들의 노래 소리가

너무 듣기 좋은 요즘입니다.

내일 다가오는 4월의 첫 날을

캘리포니아의 아름다운 야생화들과

아름다운 봄 글과 함께 반갑게 맞이해 봅니다.
