(Ginger Crinckles)...

by Helen of Troy 2008. 12. 23.

Beat on low speed until blended.

3. Beat on medium speed until smooth.(그러다가 조금 더 빠른 속도로 더 섞어준다.)

4. Add the next 6 dry ingredients.(그 다음 여섯가지 재료를 추가한다.)

5. Stir with a spoon until moistened.(스푼으로 촉촉할 때까지 저어준다.)

6. Roll into a 3.5 cm balls.(약 3.5cm 직경의 볼처럼 만든다.)

7. Put the remaining sugar into a cereal bowl.(나머지 설탕을 작은 그릇에 담아서

Roll the balls, one at a time, into the sugar to coat them.

8, Arrange the balls on ungreased cookie sheets 5 cm apart.(쿠키팬에 5cm 가량 거리를 두고

9. Bake for 10-11 minutes.

10. Remove the cookie sheets to a cookie wire rack.(오븐에서 꺼내서 쿠키 rack에 식힌다.)
