새해을 시작하면서 버릇처럼 New Year's Resolutions (새해 결심)을 나열하면서
굳은 결심으로 실천을 하겠노라고 자신과 때로는 가족들에게 약속을 하곤 합니다.
일년 내내 실천하기엔 불가능해서, 실패 할 것이 두려워서
어떨 때는 새해 결심같은 것을 아예 하지도 않기도 한 적도 종종 있습니다.
그럼에도 불구하고, 2012년 새해에
현재 멕시코에서 헌신적으로 열심히 선교활동을 하시고 계시는
외방선교회의 최강 신부님께서 보내 주신 카드에 적힌 것들 중에서 반 만이라도 실천하면서
올 한해를 아름답게 그려 나가고 싶습니다.
아름다운 인생을 위한 스무가지 실천과제
1. 하느님을 신실하게 섬긴다.
2. 자신의 몸과 영혼을 소중히 돌본다.
3 . 시간을 허비하지 않는다.
4 . 가난한 이를 돕는 일에 망설이지 않는다.
5. 주변 사람들에게 구체적인 감사의 표시를 자주 한다.
6. 만나는 사람들을 친절하게 대접한다.
7. 언제나 꿈을 꾸고, 그 꿈을 실현하기 위해 노력한다.
8. 자신의 한계와 부족함을 인정한다.
9 . 반복되는 악습을 끊어버린다.
10. 마음의 평정을 잃지 않는다.
11. 꽤 높은 경지에 다다른 한 두가지 취미를 가진다.
12. 가고 싶은 곳으로 여행을 자주 떠난다.
13. 보고 싶은 사람을 자주 만난다.
14. 맛있는 음식을 요리해서 먹는다.
15. 책을 많이 읽는다.
16. 음악을 즐겨 듣는다.
17. 일기를 쓴다.
18. 열정적인 사랑을 한다.
19. 삶이라는 일회성 축제를 후회없이 즐긴다.
20.자신의 장례식을 세세한 부분까지 미리 준비한다.
